 Scope of Work Agreement:

Before commencement of any project, the client will be provided with a detailed Scope of Work document. This document will outline the specific tasks, materials, and timeline for the project. The client is required to review, sign, and return this document to Bosque Remodeling as an acknowledgment of the agreed-upon terms.

Payment Terms:

To initiate the project, a 50% down payment is required. This payment is non-refundable and serves as a commitment to secure the necessary materials and initiate the work. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project.

Cancellation Policy:

If the client chooses to cancel the project after the commencement of work, the down payment remains non-refundable. Any costs incurred by Bosque Remodeling up to the cancellation date will be the responsibility of the client.

Project Delays:

Bosque Remodeling will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or material delays may affect the project schedule. In such cases, Bosque Remodeling will communicate any necessary adjustments to the timeline promptly.

Material Selection:

The client is responsible for making timely decisions regarding material selections. Delays in material selection may impact the project timeline, and any associated costs will be communicated to the client.

Project Changes:

Any changes or additions to the initially agreed-upon scope of work must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties. Additional costs incurred due to changes will be the responsibility of the client.

Final Inspection and Approval:

Upon completion of the project, the client will have the opportunity to inspect the work. If any issues or concerns arise, Bosque Remodeling will address them promptly. Once the client approves the work, any subsequent changes requested may incur additional charges.

Liability:

Bosque Remodeling is fully insured, but the client is responsible for securing insurance coverage for their property during the project.
